Dr. Alaa Alsarhan
Dr. Alsarhan is an expert in assessment and analytics, with a wealth of experience in high-impact practices assessment, quantitative and qualitative analysis, advanced statistics, and learning analytics. He passionately advocates for improving higher education by strategically applying assessment and analytics. Dr. Alsarhan holds a BSc in Computer Science, an MSc in Electronic Business, and a Ph.D. in Educational Inquiry, Measurement, and Evaluation. He is a sought-after speaker at national and international conferences, where he shares his insights on high-impact practices, engagement, and the transformative potential of data-driven decision-making in higher education. His engaging presentations have earned him a reputation as an inspiring and informative thought leader. His deep-seated passion for student success drives Dr. Alsarhan's professional journey. He firmly believes that every student has the potential to thrive in a supportive educational environment, and his work is dedicated to providing educational institutions with the tools and insights they need to create these environments. Dr. Rasha Qudisat
Dr. Qudisat holds the Chief Engagement and Effectiveness Officer position at UVU. She is also an External Evaluator for National Science Foundation Projects at UVU and other institutions. Additionally, she is an Evaluation and Measurement Consultant. After obtaining her MSc in Civil Engineering, Dr. Qudisat gained extensive experience in strategic planning and evaluation by working internationally with the Jordanian Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation and the Ministry of Social Development. During her service, she also worked as an external evaluator for the World Bank, European Union, USAID, and UNDP, evaluating and developing projects for local communities in Jordan. Dr. Qudisat is a scholarship recipient of the International Program of Development Evaluation from the World Bank and Carleton University, Canada. Furthermore, Dr. Qudisat received her Certificate of International Leadership from the Department of State in 2012. With her Ph.D. in Education, Inquiry, Measurement, and Evaluation, she developed a passion for interdisciplinary educational projects and impact evaluations.
